I just got these two new lip products from Revlon and I’m super happy with them so far! They came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. Inside of the package they included their new Kiss™ Exfoliating Balm and Kiss™ Plumping Lip Crème in the shade ‘Nude Honey’ which is gorgeous and almost the exact same color as my natural lip color!
I was SO excited to review this, I couldn’t wait for it to arrive! I’ve been bouncing off the walls waiting for it to ship, honestly. The set came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. Anyone who knows me knows that I have a weird obsession with trying to find good beauty blender dupes because I’m just NOT spending $20 for a sponge that needs to be replaced semi-frequently. This isn’t a complete dupe but they’re really good sponges! They’re a little denser than the Beauty Blender but just as soft and porous and they blend out foundation and other cream makeup really well! I also love to use them to apply powder foundation to set my cream products because they take away the powdery-ness when you use them instead of a makeup brush so it’s really nice that you have multiple. I use one sponge for foundation and concealer, one sponge for cream contour, bronzer, and blushes, and one sponge for powder. They don’t smell weird (if you’ve tried a lot of sponges like me, you know that’s an issue!), they grow when you dampen them, and they’re so much more affordable!
I’ve tried a lot of silicone makeup blenders and honestly I haven’t had a bad one yet and these are no exception! You wouldn’t BELIEVE how much product they save! I usually use anywhere from 2-5 pumps of foundation depending on the type of coverage I’m looking for and with these I cover my entire face and neck with ONE PUMP!! Can you believe that? They’re worth it for that alone because they save me a fortune on foundation! They don’t push the product into your skin as well as a sponge but I love to use this to spread the foundation out over my skin and then pounce it in with the sponges, especially under the eyes because you need a sponge for that area (in my opinion). I can’t believe you can get a whole pack with 3 sponges and 2 silicone blenders for under the price of 1 beauty blender! But not only that, they come with storage for everything! The whole set comes in a really nice plastic storage case (which I’ve already re-purposed as a sandwich holder for my lunches, lol) and inside they included a silicone stand for your sponges which is AWESOME because I feel so gross about having to keep my sponge on my vanity because I feel like it soaks up germs that way and probably breaks me out. With this, I don’t have to worry about that because it has a cute little stand (with feet!) that keeps it safe. There’s also a cute little plastic container for your silicone blenders which I’ve never seen before and I’m really excited about because if you’ve ever used a silicone blender, you know how dirty they get! When you’re done using them you either have to wash them off immediately (which I’m honestly too lazy for) or you have to set it down on your vanity which gets your vanity dirty from the foundation. Now, I keep all of my silicone sponges in this and everything is clean and safe from germs! I’m totally happy with this set and all of the blenders and I would definitely recommend it!

I just got this makeup brush from Simple Essentials and I really love it so far! It came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. The website says it’s a multi-use brush that can be for eye shadow, concealer, etc. So far I’ve only tried it with my eyeshadow as a blending brush and it worked great! It’s surprisingly soft for how affordable it is. Sometimes when you get affordable brushes they’re really stiff and hard to work with but this isn’t like that at all!
I have a bunch of blending brushes and this one performs just as well as my higher end brushes. It’s also the perfect size for the crease and smoking out your lower lash line so it’s really been coming in handy. It seems to be pretty sturdy too, nothing is loose and I even tried to tug on the feral to see if it would pop off and it didn’t. I haven’t even noticed any shedding yet so I’m super happy to have this brush in my collection and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good blending brush!

I just got my first pair of eyelashes from Boss Beauty Babes and they’re AMAZING! They came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. I don’t wear eyelashes every day but I love to have them on when I know I’m going to be taking pictures or it’s a special event. It’s kind of hard for me to find lashes that look good on my eyes because I have round, hooded eyes and it can be kind of overwhelming.
I can’t really pull off the full, dramatic lashes that most of the beauty gurus on Youtube wear and it’s kind of heard to find nice, subtle lashes that are still somewhat dramatic. The problem is you either end up with a set of lashes that barely look any different than your natural lashes or you end up with eyelashes that are 3 feet long and make you look like Snuffaluffagus, lol. When I logged onto the Boss Beauty Babes website I was aiming for a very subtle pair but my first and second picks were all sold out so I decided to go with these ones and I’m REALLY happy I did!
They look amazing on! The band is super thin so you can barely even see it, especially if you’re wearing eyeliner. They were really easy to trim and apply too. I use the DUO lash glue and that kept them in place all day long and they weren’t itchy, annoying, or painful to wear so that was really appreciated. As awesome as they looked I think my favorite part has to be the case that they came in because it’s silver and sparkly! I’m super happy with these lashes, I can’t wait to get more and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good set of affordable, cute mink eyelashes!

So I just got this makeup brush from Simple Essentials and I really love it so far! It came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. The website says it’s specifically for winged eyeliner but honestly it can be used for multiple things! So far I’ve tried it with my eyeliner, on my eyebrows with dip brow (brow pomade), on my lower lashline.. it worked great for all of them! It’s surprisingly soft for how dense it is and it’s thin enough to do liner and brows but still fluffy enough to do a soft smokey look underneath your lashline. It seems to be pretty sturdy too, nothing is loose and I even tried to tug on the feral to see if it would pop off and it didn’t! I’m super happy to have this brush in my collection and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good angled liner brush!

I got this Travel Toiletry Bag from Fusion Trek about a week ago and I love it! It even came with a set of travel sized toiletry bottles which are specially designed for travel use and 100% BPA free, TSA approved, reusable and leak proof! They come inside of a nice clear plastic bag that ziplocks, too, so your liquids are double protected in case anything happens. The set came on time, nicely packaged, and looked exactly like the pictures online. I thought it was going to be a really small bag when it first arrived because of how small and lightweight the package was but it’s actually a really decent size! I guess they made it that way so it’s flat inside of your suitcase when you’re not using it.
It all seems to be well made and durable, too, so I feel like I’m going to be able to use it for a long time. My favorite part is that it comes with a hook so you can hang it on the wall of your hotel room or even your own bathroom when you’re home. I’m going to use it for my every day makeup so that it’s easy to pack with me wherever I go. I’m super happy with this set so far and I would definitely recommend it to anything interested!
This mascara is SO good!!! I honestly don’t play around with too many mascaras because I already have my favorites (Too Faced BTS & Loreal Voluminous) but this is definitely a new favorite! If you’re familiar with either of those mascaras you’ll know that the formula for both of them is on the dry side, which I personally love. I hate waiting a few weeks to a month for a mascara to “get good,” I want my mascara to be good when I buy it!
This is a lot like those mascaras because it’s on the dry side which means it doesn’t leave a bunch of blobs of product on your lashes or cause them to stick together or clump up. This is actually better than BTS & Voluminous when it comes to clumping.. I applied like four coats the other day and it still didn’t clump, it was great! It adds a LOT of the length to the lashes so if that’s something you’re looking for, this would be great for you! It adds volume, too, you just have to build it up to get them as thick as you want. I usually only apply two thin coats and I’m really happy with it!
Oh, and it smells AMAZING!! I’ve never had a scented mascara before.. I didn’t even know they made them but I love that they do! The big gimmick for this mascara is obviously the wand which I DID like but I’m so used to using a regular wand that it didn’t make that dramatic of a difference for me. If you’re a begninner or just tend to make a mess when you’re putting on mascara this would probably be a miracle for you, though, so it’s worth a buy! I would definitely recommend it to begninners or pros!
